Your annual support of $1,000 allows us to take care of one
uninsured person for one week.
In honor of all of those who bring compassion and care to the people
we serve, we are introducing our new Hearts and Hands Society. Your
contribution of $1,000 – renewable annually – enables
us to care for one person for one week. By becoming a part of the
Hearts and Hands Society, you join with the hundreds of hearts and
hands who are in the homes and at the bedsides of people in our community
every day of the week, 52 weeks a year.
How $1,000 Makes an Impact
Your annual contribution can provide compassion, respect and
dignity, and so much more. For someone without insurance or
other means to pay for hospice care, you can help bring a skilled
hospice nurse to offer comfort, an experienced counselor to facilitate expressions of feelings, a volunteer to lend an ear or play a hand of gin rummy.
A family in need of hospice care may feel their world has
been turned upside down. Your $1,000 can bring support and
caring, hope and healing before, during and after the patient’s
care. That gift can make all the difference in the world.

special mailings and invitations throughout the year.
